The Services allow management of audio content playlists for broadcast within their private or public establishment. This access is strictly conditional on prior subscription to Deezer for Professionals through a contract signed between the user and Deezer, also including provisions for the use of personal data. In the event of a contradiction between the provisions of this privacy policy and said contract, the latter shall prevail.
