Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

As customers and legal entity users of the Platform and the Application (the "Services"), this privacy notice applies to employees of the entity who may use the Services in a strictly professional context. The Services allow management of audio content playlists for broadcast within their private or public establishment. This access is strictly conditional on prior subscription to Deezer for Professionals through a contract signed between the user and Deezer, also including provisions for the use of personal data. In the event of a contradiction between the provisions of this privacy policy and said contract, the latter shall prevail.
